Garden City’s Newest Hotel Set To Open In Spring 2023

11/1/22 – Prism Hospitality has started construction on Garden City’s newest hotel, The Kingston. Located at 174 Minus Ave, the hotel will feature 90 large guest rooms with pillow-top beds, modern interiors, and a full-service restaurant & bar. Additional amenities will include a fitness center, on-site convenience/sundry store, free WIFI, 48″ LCD w/ Direct TV, microwave and refrigerator, 24-hour front desk service, free parking, and hot breakfast.

The new hotel hopes to appeal to business travelers and families coming to the area looking for affordable lodging options centrally located to the business district and all the attractions Savannah has to offer, including the new Enmarket Arena just 3.5 miles away.
